Lasers Head Coach Derek Over

Derek played competitive soccer for 20 plus years with various clubs and leagues in the central Pennsylvania area, most of which as a goalkeeper. This will be his seventh year coaching youth soccer. As a Carlisle native, Derek is enthusiastic about the development of local players and retaining them for the betterment  of community sports.

Lasers Assistant Coach Sarah Rumberger

Sarah started playing soccer at 8 years old for the former HMMS soccer program. She then went on to play for Cumberland Valley High School and was a runner up in the State Championship in 2004. Sarah has three children who play in the CAYS program and her husband is the assistant coach of the Carlisle Strikeforce. Sarah brings her energy and positivity to the team on and off the field with her love for the sport.
